1. Returns Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or incorrect:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Socks, innerwear, or bibs (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, if replacement is unavailable

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable mailing service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled before shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed
