Terms & Conditions for Vikerz eGift Cards:

  1. Validity: This gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited and is not refundable.

  2. Redemption: Gift cards are redeemable for products available on www.vikerz.com only. The gift card value may be used in full or in part. Any remaining balance will be retained until fully used or until the expiry date.

  3. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable: Gift cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be returned or exchanged once sold.

  4. No Extension After Expiry: Expired gift cards will not be accepted, revalidated, or extended under any circumstances.

  5. Lost or Stolen Cards: Vikerz shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of gift cards.

  6. Promotions & Discounts: Unless otherwise stated, gift cards may be used in conjunction with ongoing promotions or discounts on the website.

  7. Fraud & Misuse: Vikerz reserves the right to cancel or suspend any gift card if fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms is suspected.

  8. Changes to Terms: Vikerz reserves the right to amend these Gift Card Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be published on www.vikerz.com.

  9. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
